Ensure you are logged into your account if you are booking online or quote your Extra membership number when booking via our contact centre or in person at one of our ports.
You can earn points on port to port travel fares and purchases made in our onboard restaurants, bars, coffee lounges and Stena Shopping. You must be personally travelling in order to earn points on your account.
Some exclusions apply and points cannot be earned on:
- Bookings made using Tesco Clubcard e-vouchers in the UK & Ireland
- Group bookings for 10 or more people, freight or combination tariffs
- Discounted travel on routes to and from Denmark
- On meals unless pre-ordered on our routes to and from Latvia
- On any payment for a booking made using Extra points (payment can be made in part or in full using Extra points)
- Other exclusions may apply
- Extra Loyalty points can only be earned and redeemed when a booking is made directly with Stena Line and not through third party tour operators
