How do I upgrade to the Platinum membership level?

Earn 30,000 within a 12-month period, and you will automatically be upgraded to Platinum membership.

 

When you are upgraded, a new membership year is set, starting from the end of the month when the upgrade takes place.

 

To retain Platinum membership, you must earn 30,000 points for every new 12-month period regardless of current points balance.
