How do Platinum members claim the cabin upgrade benefit?

To claim this perk, you must be:

 

  • Logged in to your Stena MORE account
  • The lead traveller when you make the booking
  • Purchasing a cabin with an Economy, Flexi or Premium fare
  • Claim the perk at the check-in or at Guest Services on board*

 

*For Platinum members on the Liepāja–Travemünde and Ventspils–Nynäshamn routes, cabin category upgrades are made randomly before travel; this service is not available during check-in or on board.

 

As this benefit depends on availability, cabin upgrades are not guaranteed. Usually, cabins are upgraded within the same category and some cabins may not be eligible for upgrades. The upgrade benefit only applies to the cabin where the Platinum member is staying.  

 

Whenever possible, we will provide a free cabin upgrade for Platinum Members on the following routes:

 

  • Kiel – Gothenburg
  • Gdynia – Karlskrona
  • Travemünde – Liepaja
  • Ventspils – Nynäshamn
  • Rostock – Trelleborg
  • Belfast – Liverpool
  • Dublin – Holyhead
  • Fishguard – Rosslare
  • Hook of Holland – Harwich
