How do Platinum members claim cabin upgrade?

To claim this perk, you must be:

 

  • Logged in to your account
  • The lead traveller when you make the booking
  • Purchasing a cabin with an Economy, Flexi or Premium fare
  • Claim the perk at the check-in or at Guest Services on board

 

As this benefit depends on availability, there might not be any cabins free to upgrade you to. Usually, cabins are upgraded within the same category and some cabins might not be eligible for upgrades. The upgrade benefit only applies to the cabin where the Platinum member is staying.
