How do Gold and Platinum members claim onboard wifi?

To take advantage of this perk, please follow the instructions below:

 

  • Log into your Stena MORE account when making your booking
  • You must be named as the lead traveller
  • Purchase an Economy, Flexi or Premium fare, or any other eligible fare
  • Present your Gold or Platinum membership card (either printed at check-in or digitally via the app or digital wallet) at Guest Services.

 

Once on board, you can get online using your free Premium wifi pass. Where you collect this pass will vary by route travelled, so make sure to go the location as detailed below:

 

Guest Services for the following routes

  • Gothenburg - Frederikshavn (Stena Jutlandica)
  • Gothenburg - Kiel
  • Rostock - Trelleborg
  • Hook of Holland - Harwich
  • Gdynia - Karlskrona
  • Travemünde - Liepaja
  • Ventspils - Nynäshamn

 

Stena Plus Lounge for the following routes

  • Gothenburg - Frederikshavn (Stena Danica)
  • Halmstad - Grenaa
  • Belfast - Cairnryan
  • Belfast - Liverpool
  • Dublin - Holyhead
  • Fishguard - Rosslare
  • Hook of Holland - Harwich

 

Getting online

Using your device, select the onboard wifi then follow the details on screen, choosing the wifi option allocated to your printed pass.

 

Travelling with friends or family

Each wifi pass will work on one device at a time, so if you need more devices connected for family or friends or a work colleague, simply purchase the number of passes you require using the wifi connection portal or by speaking to Guest Services.
