Our Extra Terms and Conditions are still valid. We have not made any changes to the rules for membership levels (Blue or Gold) or for when points expire: membership levels are based on earnings within a 12-month period (your membership year) and points earned last year will expire on 31st December 2020. We are closely following the changes that are happening in the world and we will inform you here when/if we have any changes or news.
