Will my cabin be shared with other passengers?

Should you wish to save on costs, sharing a cabin is an option on certain routes. However, in general, our cabins are for passengers travelling in your own party.

A small number of cabins on the Nynäshamn – Ventspils and Liepāja – Travemünde routes (Stena Flavia, Stena Horizon, Stena Scandica and Stena Baltica) are designated for passengers to book a single berth in a shared cabin. These cabins are named 'Ladies' or 'Gents' cabins as they can only be shared by passengers of the same gender and infants are not permitted.

Important information for families regarding shared cabins:

  • Booking a shared cabin means you will be sharing with other passengers.
  • Shared cabins are divided into ladies’ and gents’ sections; this applies to children as well.
  • Infants (0–3 years) are not allowed in the shared cabins.
  • Children and young adults (4–17 years) may be booked into shared cabins, but please note that there is no guarantee you will be placed together with your child or young adult, even if of the same gender.
