Can I change my booking to an open ferry ticket?


Yes if you were due to travel on a sailing up to 28 February 2021 your booking can be placed on hold in the form of an open ticket. 


If you wish to move your booking across to an open ticket please get in touch with us on 01 907 5555.  


You will then receive a confirmation e-mail when your booking has been transferred. Please note this confirmation email may take up to 5 days to arrive in your inbox so please call us if you haven't received it by then. 


When you are ready to rebook your trip, you can do this online via the manage booking facility or you can call us on 01 907 5555. If there is a difference in fare then you will have to pay this difference but there will be no amendment fee.
