What do I do if I have booked my routes the wrong way round?

Please note that when changing your routes, you will have to pay any difference in fare and, depending on your ticket type, an amendment fee per leg.

Click on the 'Login/Manage Booking' link. Login to your account using your username and password or view/amend your booking using your booking reference & e-mail address. If you are logging into to your Extra account, identify your booking and click on 'Manage Booking'.

Click on the 'Change' tab then click on the 'Edit' button beside 'Change/add route/date, or time of your sailing'. This will take you to the sailing selection area of the booking dialogue.

In the top section with the 'Selected Route' and 'Selected Date' headings, click on the 'Edit' button.

Change the outward route and check that the return route changes as well. If the return route is different to the automatic selection, please change the return route as well.

Check the dates are correct and select your sailing times.

Continue through to checkout and make any additional payment if required. Changed items are identified in red prior to payment.
