When can I go?
- Dates: from 15 April to 1 October 2024
- Depart: any outward sailing (subject to availability).
- Return: your departure time must be within 48 hours of your arrival time.
How do I book?
- Click the FIND TRIP button on the top right of this page then enter your outward and return routes, and your sailing dates.
- On the next page enter in the number of passengers and select the Motorcycle vehicle type.
- Ensure that the offer code BIKERDAY24 is included in the offer code box.
- Click on the 'Continue' button to select your sailings, remembering to take the 48 hour rule above into consideration, then proceed through to rest of the steps to confirm your booking.
Suggested itinerary
With sailings from Dublin to Holyhead and Rosslare to Fishguard, you’ll be at the starting line of some of Britain’s best rides. Here is a suggested itinerary to help you make the most of your day.
Day route to Holyhead
Drive time: Approximately 4.75 hours
Distance: 192 miles
Start your engine on the scenic isle of Anglesey then head south along the west coast, hugging curves along stunning vista points en route to Barmouth on Cardigan Bay. Next, cut a swath through the centre of Snowdonia National Park, where you’ll wind along lakeside roads in the shadows of Mount Snowdon. You’ll emerge on the northern coast of Wales, where Llandudno Junction will lead you on a tour of the Welsh shoreline as you roll back into Holyhead.

- Valid for travel on sailings on the Dublin – Holyhead and Rosslare – Fishguard routes.
- All motorcycle day trips are subject to availability.
- Full payment is required at time of booking.
- No refund is due if you cancel the booking.
- The code for this special offer is BIKERDAY24. Please make sure it is entered in the ‘Offer Code’ section of the booking process (Passenger and Vehicles step). If it isn’t entered, you will be presented with the standard fares and not the Special Offer.
- Persons found to be misusing the day trip fare will be surcharged the standard motorcycle fare.
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers or promotions including Tesco Clubcard Partner Codes.
- €4 service fee applies to non-web bookings
- €6 amendment fee applies for changes made to the booking
- No-shows: If all passengers on a booking fail to show for the outward sailing, the booking will be cancelled in full. If one or more passengers on a booking check-in for the outward sailing, then it will not be cancelled
