Rostock Port on the Baltic Sea coast of Germany is situated at the end of the A19 and is well signposted so very easy to reach by car. Regular bus services are also available for foot passengers.

If you are driving from Lübeck, take the A20 route towards Rostock and continue onto the A19 towards Rostocker Kreuz. Take the exit signposted Rostock Überseehafen and follow the Ost-West-Straße (East-West-Road) until you reach the Stena Line ferry terminal.

If you are travelling from Berlin, take the A24 route until you reach the Wittstock / Dosse A19 junction. Continue on the A19 until you see the signs for Rostock Überseehafen then follow the Ost-West-Straße (East-West-Road) until you reach the Stena Line ferry terminal.

If you are travelling from central station you can take the S-Bahn (in the direction of Warnemünde) and disembark at Lütten Klein. You can also take bus number 45 (in the direction of Warnowblick) and disembark at Seehafen Fähre. This bus runs every 30 minutes Monday – Friday and hourly Saturday – Sunday.

If you are travelling from central station south, you can take bus number 49 which runs via Kröpeliner Tor and Dierkower Kreuz directly to the port. Disembark at Seehafen Fähre. This bus runs every 60 minutes on Monday to Friday and every 120 minutes on Saturday and Sunday.

Alternatively, it is possible to take bus number 19 to Dierkower Kreuz, accessible by tram lines 3 and 4 (trams run every 60 minutes on Monday to Friday). Disembark at Seehafen Fähre.

Please note there is no pedestrian footpath from the terminal to the ferries. A terminal bus runs from the terminal building to the ferry 30 minutes before departure.
