Rostock Port on the Baltic Sea coast of Germany is situated at the end of the A19 and is well signposted so very easy to reach by car. Regular bus services are also available for foot passengers.

In our ports in Rostock and Trelleborg, as well as on board the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Skåne, only credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and debit cards (Maestro) are accepted as payment methods. Paying with cash in the ports and on board is not possible.

If you are driving from Lübeck, take the A20 route towards Rostock and continue onto the A19 towards Rostocker Kreuz. Take the exit signposted Rostock Überseehafen and follow the Ost-West-Straße (East-West-Road) until you reach the Stena Line ferry terminal.

 

If you are travelling from Berlin, take the A24 route until you reach the Wittstock / Dosse A19 junction. Continue on the A19 until you see the signs for Rostock Überseehafen then follow the Ost-West-Straße (East-West-Road) until you reach the Stena Line ferry terminal.

If you are arriving from Rostock Central Station, you can take the S-Bahn S1 in the direction of Warnemünde and get off at the Lütten Klein stop. From there, take bus line 45 (Warnowblick) or bus line 49 (Seehafen Fähre) and get off at the Seehafen Fähre stop. The stop is located directly in front of the ferry terminal. These buses run every 30 minutes from Monday to Saturday and hourly on Sundays.

 

From Rostock Central Station South, you can also take tram line 2 (Kurt-Schumacher-Ring) or line 3 (Dierkower Allee) to Dierkower Kreuz. From there, transfer to bus line 45 (Lütten Klein Zentrum), bus line 49 (Lütten Klein Zentrum), or bus line 19 (Liebherrstraße) and ride to the Seehafen Fähre stop. This bus also runs every 30 minutes from Monday to Saturday and every 60 minutes on Sundays.

 

Please note that there is no pedestrian walkway from the ferry terminal to the ferries. A terminal shuttle bus departs 30 minutes before departure from the terminal to the ferry.
