Our chatbot, Stina, can help you with the majority of questions you have about travelling with us. You can access Stina in the bottom right hand corner of the page. Simply click on the “Open chat” button.
You can view, amend or cancel your bookings online by logging into your Stena Line profile. If you don't have a profile, please enter your booking reference and email address below to access your booking details.

Simply visit the My bookings page where you can select the booking you wish to amend or cancel by clicking on the relevant booking reference. If you are changing your booking, select the "amend" tab and you'll be presented with the items you can edit for your upcoming trip. For booking cancellations, just select the "cancel" tab and follow the simple instructions
