I’ve left personal belongings onboard; who can I contact?
For the duration of the period of restriction due to coronavirus, we are suspending our standard lost property process due to the possibility of cross contamination via the handling of personal property.
For hygiene reasons no items left onboard will be retained unless they are high value items such as laptops. This includes, but is not limited to, items of clothing, spectacles and phones.
For high value items please complete the form on our customer services page stating 'Lost property' as the nature of your query.
