We have put together a guide on how to add us to your email provider's safe senders list.
Google Gmail
1. |

Click Contacts along the left side of any page. |

Click the New Contact button in the top-left corner of the Contact Manager. |
3. |
|
Type the From email address in the "Email" field (i.e. offers_roi@stenaline-edeals.co.uk). |
4. |

Click "Save" to add your contact. |
Windows Live Hotmail
1. |
|
Go to the "Options" page. |
2. |
|
Under the "Junk E-mail" section, click on "Safe and blocked senders". |
3. |
|
Click on "Safe senders". |
4. |
|
In the "Sender or domain to mark as safe:" field, enter the From: email address (i.e. offers_roi@stenaline-edeals.co.uk) and click on the "Add to Safe Senders" button. |
Yahoo!
1. |

Click on the Addresses tab in the upper-left part of your account screen. |
2. |
|
Click on Add contact just under the Addresses tab. |
3. |
|
Enter the From: email address (i.e. offers_roi@stenaline-edeals.co.uk) in the email field – the rest can be left blank. |

Click on Save at the bottom of the page. You will see a confirmation. |

Click Done in the upper left. |
Microsoft Outlook 2003 and above
1. |

Right-click on the email in your inbox to open up the context menu. |
2. |
|
Select "Junk E-mail" in the context menu. A secondary context menu will appear. |
3. |
|
Select 'Add Sender to Safe Sender List' or 'Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List'. |
4. |
|
Type the From: email address (i.e. offers_roi@stenaline-edeals.co.uk) in the "Email" field. |
Microsoft Outlook 2002 Windows XP
To add an email from us to your Outlook 2002 Address Book:
1. |
|
Open or preview an e-mail message you received. |
2. |
|
Right-click the From name and then click Add to Contacts on the shortcut menu. |
3. |
|
Click Save. |

Microsoft Outlook 2000
To add an email from us to your Outlook 2000 Address Book:
1. |

Open an e-mail message you received. |
2. |
|
On the From line, right-click the name (e.g.offers_roi@stenaline-edeals.co.uk ), and then click Add to Contacts. |
3. |
|
A contact will open with the name filled in. You can add any other information you want. |
4. |
|
Then click Save. |

BlackBerry
1. |
|
Scroll up to the message header. |
2. |
|
Get to the field where the From email address is listed; click on the Berry button; and then click "Show Address". |
3. |
|
Select and copy that address to the clipboard. |
4. |
|
Go into the Address Book and find the user. |
5. |
|
Select Save. |
6. |
|
Click to edit it, and then click the Berry button to add another email address. |
7. |
|
Paste it in and click "Save". |
Lotus Notes
1. |
|
From the mailbox screen, click on the Actions menu. |
2. |
|
Rollover the menu items until you get to Tools, then click on "Add sender to Address Book..." |
3. |
|
A popup window should have appeared. Click the OK button. |
Mozilla Thunderbird
1. |
|
Click the Address Book button. |
2. |
|
Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted. |
3. |
|
Click the New Card button. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address and Other. |

Under the Contact tab, copy and paste the From: address into the email dialog box. |
5. |
|
Click OK. |
