All our ferries are adapted to suit the needs of disabled / reduced mobility passengers, however some sailings have a restriction on the number of wheelchairs that can be taken.
If you have particular or mobility needs & require assistance please advise us of your specific requirements at least 48 hours before the start of your journey by calling us on 01 907 5555 with your booking reference.
Alternatively e-mail: assistance@stenaline.com (more than 7 days before departure). To enable us to provide you with the best level of service, we kindly request you to check-in at least 1 hour before departure (2 hours on our Liverpool route). Upon arrival, please also advise our check-in staff, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
