Welcome to the trade concessions page for Stena Line agents. Here we give you all the information you need to make you’re concessionary booking with us.
The Stena Line trade concession scheme is specifically designed as a thank you, to give something back to our valued and loyal agents in the form of discounted travel on some of our routes.
Please read on below to gain complete knowledge of the fantastic benefits of our concessions scheme, as well as our full instructions and terms.
Am I entitled to a concession?
Do you or your branch have a valid Stena Line account and have you made 3 valid bookings with Stena Line in the last 12 months? If you have then the answer is YES! Don’t worry too much if you don’t yet meet the criteria because as soon as you have a booking history of 3 valid bookings with us, the concessions will be waiting for you!
I have met the minimum number of bookings required, what concessions can I request?
Firstly, thank you for booking with Stena Line! Please see below for the details of the concessions you are now entitled to:

* Vehicles must all be car based and not exceed 6m in length and must be for personal use only. Concessions do not apply to SCFV vehicles.

Please Note: Upgrades to Stena Plus, suites & cabins are not included in the concessionary discount but can be added at the advertised public prices, as available.
How many concessionary bookings can I make and how many people can travel?
Each account/ABTA number that meets the criteria is allowed a maximum of four vehicle-based concessionary bookings per year. Further requests may be granted at Stena Line’s discretion.
Foot passage is allowed throughout the year at Port Tax rate.
Bookings are not transferrable! Each request MUST contain at least one member of staff for the ABTA/Account number provided as the lead name for the booking. No individual booking can exceed 5 persons at any time.
How to request a booking
It’s simple to request a concessionary booking through Stena Line. All requests must be by email only and can be sent to our team direct using the request form provided by following the link below.
We ask that you send the requests referring to you’re work email address or supervisors/managers email address only. Requests made referring a personal email address will not be accepted or replied to.
All requests must be made a minimum of 5 working days prior to the requested departure date; this gives us time to process your request. Bookings requested within this period may not be granted.
Please note: all requests are granted based on availability and allocation. Although Stena Line will try its best, we cannot guarantee all requests will be granted.
Confirmation
Once we have received your request, we will then process this and do our best to book the details you have requested. If the requested details cannot be fulfilled, we will either notify you via email or book the next available/convenient sailing. Once you’re booking has been confirmed you will then receive a confirmation e-ticket to the email address used for the request. Any queries should immediately be directed to concessions@stenaline.com
Payment
Payment can be made using all major credit/Debit cards and MUST be made within 24 hours of the confirmation e-ticket being sent to you. Payment can be made by logging in using your 8-digit booking reference and the e-mail address supplied when making your request. Go to the 'Make a Payment' tab and click on 'Make Payment'. If you have any problem with your booking, please email concessions@stenaline.com quoting your booking reference number.
